One example: the "how much?" text
A lead messages a house cleaner: "hi how much for a deep clean 3 bed 2 bath, we have a dog, moving out end of month". Prompt 5.1 turns your pricing into a short, friendly text reply: a price range from your rates, what's included, the 2-3 questions you need answered, and a next step. It also writes a follow-up for when they don't reply.
The prompt tells the AI to use only your prices. If a detail is missing, it leaves a [bracket] for you instead of guessing. You read it, fix it, and send it.
