The free site

The site, the newsletter and our guides and playbooks are free to read. They are general information about AI tools, not professional, legal, tax or financial advice. Tool features, prices and terms change often: every item shows when we last checked it, and you should confirm on the vendor’s own site before you buy or sign up. Some links are affiliate links; see our affiliate disclosure.

Buying the Launch Kit

The kit (and any add-on you choose to buy) is a digital download, paid for through Stripe. The price is the one shown on the page and at checkout. When you buy, you get a personal license to use the kit for yourself and your own business. Please don’t resell, share or republish the kit or its prompts as your own product.

Refunds

If the kit isn’t useful, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund your purchase. Details are on our refunds page.

No income promises

The kit is educational. It doesn’t promise any income, customers, sales or results. Results vary; most new businesses earn little at first.

Your use of AI tools

The kit gives you prompts to use with third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini. Those tools have their own terms. You’re responsible for checking what they produce before you publish, send or rely on it, and for following the rules that apply to your business where you live.

No warranty

The site and the kit are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep things accurate and dated, but we don’t promise the information is complete, current or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Found Motive isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, from using the site or the kit. Our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in them takes away consumer protections that the law where you live gives you and that can’t be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in place when you bought applies to that purchase.
